About

Anna Korbut is a Ukrainian visual artist based in Switzerland, working with photography and mixed media. She explores human relationships with nature, other beings and the inner self. Anna engages in a dialogue with science in Anthropocene problematics. Selected for the Earth Photo 2024 exhibition by Royal Geographical Society, London (UK) and Earth Rising festival at Museum of Modern Art, Dublin (IE).

“I aim to create a positive change in society and the environment through my artistic endeavours. I think a lot about the fragility of the natural environment and vulnerable interpersonal connections. I experiment with digital and analogue techniques drawing inspiration from the mountains’ beauty, Augusto Giacometti’s vivid colours and Rodin’s sculptures”.
